Introduction
This document should be read in conjunction with all drawings and documents relating to the Full Planning Application Ref: PP-00179953. The application concerns the conversion of “three” existing farm buildings into “three” dwellings. Previously planning was approved to convert the “three” buildings in to “two” dwellings (reference PA2004/0414).
This document has been produced after numerous and detailed discussions / correspondence and site meetings with the following Departments:
